Life Care Center of Tullahoma recently earned a state survey with no deficiencies.
To pass the state survey each year, nursing facilities must meet hundreds of criteria. These address not only nursing care and resident safety, but also patients’ rights, food services and administration. Surveyors spend several days in the building reviewing paperwork, observing resident care and interviewing residents and associates.
“The team at Life Care Center of Tullahoma has earned the honor of achieving a deficiency free survey, and rightly so,” said JD Davis, executive director. “The hard work, sweat, smiles and tears bind this family together, and in doing so gives yield to a quality of care that is renowned in our community. Attaining a deficiency free survey is not as easy feat, as most know. I am very proud to be a part of this team.”
The surveyors completed their most recent inspection on July 25, 2018.
